Mitch Liester is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. Previously, Mitch was a former Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of California, Irvine. Mitch has authored over 20 published articles and has lectured at national and international conferences. Mitch’s interests include nutritional strategies for improving mental health, the relationship between Celiac Disease and psychiatric disorders, and nutritional strategies for reducing neuroinflammation.
